Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We do not accept returns unless you were shipped the wrong item. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the order and the item received. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. You can return the item to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 business, when the refund or the correct product has been sent. If you are being refunded, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please Note:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping to return the item.

 

Exchanges

We exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

 

You can also exchange any product for another in the store. In circumstances where you would like to exchange the same product just for a different design, you can contact us at [email protected] with the new design you would like. Then the item can be sent to:

Once the returned product is received your replacement will go out within 3 business days.

In circumstances where you are exchanging one product for a different product, please contact [email protected] with the details of the product you wish to exchange for. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be sent an invoice for the cost difference between the items. If the new product is of a lower value you will be refunded the cost difference.

Cancellation

All order cancellations must be done within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. This is done since the order is processed and shipped by the 3rd day from the time of the order. Only exceptions are items that have been back-ordered. Back-ordered items can be cancelled before they are restocked and shipped.
